Clause 1

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the gan98 website accessible at gan98.pro and all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, APIs, and services operated thereunder.
• "gan98", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operating entity that owns, manages, and maintains the gan98 platform and its licensed gaming services.
• "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account on the Platform and whose account remains in good standing.
• "Account" means the individual member account created upon successful registration, through which the Member accesses all Platform services.
• "Wallet" means the internal IDR-denominated balance held within a Member's Account and used to place wagers and receive winnings.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any staking of real-money Wallet funds on any game, sporting event, or other outcome available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other non-cash incentive awarded to a Member by gan98 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by gan98 prior to processing withdrawals or upon request at any time.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which all transactions on the Platform are conducted.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

Clause 2

Eligibility

Access to and use of the gan98 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during your use of the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Individuals under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapacitated are not eligible to register.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to online gaming platforms is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of gan98 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform, whether voluntarily via self-exclusion or by administrative action taken by gan98.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and current personal information. Accounts registered with false or misleading information are subject to immediate termination without refund.

Clause 3

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on gan98, you must register a Member Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), residential address, active mobile number, and a valid bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The registration, maintenance, or use of more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. In the event that duplicate Accounts are detected, gan98 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void all pending wagers, and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be attributed to you, regardless of whether such activity was authorised.

gan98 does not permit the transfer, sale, or assignment of Member Accounts to third parties under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an Account is grounds for immediate termination.

Clause 4

KYC & Identity Verification

gan98 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may also be requested at any time at gan98's sole discretion.

KYC verification typically requires the submission of the following documents:

• A clear copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), valid passport, or SIM (driving licence).
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document confirming your registered residential address, dated within the past three months.
• A copy of your bank account passbook cover page or a bank statement header confirming the account name and number registered to your gan98 profile, for withdrawal purposes.
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, upon request, for enhanced verification where required.

All submitted documents are processed securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. gan98 will make every effort to complete KYC review within 24 to 48 hours of receiving a complete documentation submission. Withdrawal requests will be held in queue until verification is completed.

Providing falsified, altered, or third-party identity documents constitutes fraud and will result in permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where required.

Clause 5

Deposits

All deposits to your gan98 Wallet must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is owned by a person other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the refund of the deposit and potential Account suspension.

gan98 supports the following deposit methods for Indonesian Members:

gan98 does not charge deposit processing fees. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Member. Deposits credited to your Wallet are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation. Deposits may not be reversed once credited to your Wallet and a wager has been placed using those funds.

Clause 6

Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawals of real-money Wallet balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name and matching the details on file with gan98. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified Members in good standing, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification at gan98's discretion.
• Bonus balances that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances and bonus winnings that have cleared all wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during Finance Team operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB) are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval for major Indonesian banks and instantly for e-wallets. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operating period.

gan98 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, inconsistent with a Member's historical activity, or flagged by automated risk systems. Such reviews may take up to 72 hours. Members will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to an extended review period.

Clause 7

Bonuses & Promotions

gan98 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• Bonuses are available to Members who have completed registration and KYC verification, unless a specific promotion expressly states otherwise.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough or rollover requirement), which must be fulfilled in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 1.000.000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted).
• Wagering requirements must typically be completed within the time period specified in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry of the promotion period will be forfeited automatically.
• gan98 reserves the right to restrict which games or products contribute toward wagering requirements. Live casino wagers, for example, may contribute at a different rate than slot wagers. The contribution rates for each game category are published in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless a promotion expressly permits stacking. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member lifetime.
• gan98 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonuses already accepted by a Member prior to cancellation will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.

Clause 8

Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the gan98 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sporting market, as published within the relevant game interface or sportsbook section. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the conduct of that wager.

General betting principles applicable across all products include:

• Wagers are final once confirmed by the Platform. Confirmed wagers may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Member, except where a specific game or product rule provides for a cash-out or in-play amendment feature.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome or settlement of a wager, gan98 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Member's Wallet. No further compensation will be payable in respect of a technical void.
• Wagers placed after the official start time of a sporting event — where the Platform has not correctly identified an in-play market — may be voided at gan98's discretion.
• gan98 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake amount on any market, event, or game at any time and without prior notice, including imposing individual Member stake restrictions where betting patterns indicate professional or syndicate activity.
• Wagers made in error — including duplicate wagers or wagers placed at manifestly incorrect odds — may be voided by gan98 at its sole discretion. Members will be notified of any such voiding and the staked amount will be returned to the Wallet.

Clause 9

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gan98 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in any of the activities listed below will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, including for the purpose of placing wagers, exploiting promotional offers, or circumventing security measures.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events or game outcomes for the purpose of deriving an unfair wagering advantage.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members, for the purpose of wagering.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or pricing error on the Platform for financial gain. Members who identify errors are required to report them to the support team immediately rather than exploit them.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to circumvent geographic access restrictions or to conceal your true identity or location.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward gan98 staff, live chat agents, or other Members.

Clause 10

Account Suspension & Termination

gan98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or criminal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months, following which gan98 may apply an administrative dormancy fee of Rp 25.000 per month to cover account maintenance costs, until the balance reaches zero.
• A Member's voluntary request for self-exclusion submitted through our Responsible Gaming tools.
• Compliance with any applicable law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Wallet (net of any outstanding bonus obligations or administrative deductions) will be returned to the Member's verified bank account or e-wallet within 10 business days, unless the closure results from fraud or breach of these Terms, in which case balances may be forfeited.

Clause 11

Responsible Gaming

gan98 is firmly committed to the principles of responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity pursued within one's financial means. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via the Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a continuous play session reaches a specified time threshold.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may temporarily suspend their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login access is disabled and no wagers may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from the Platform may submit a self-exclusion request to our support team. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.

Clause 12

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gan98, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any interruption, suspension, or termination of service.
• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if gan98 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or Wallet, provided that such access did not result from a failure of gan98's security infrastructure that was within gan98's reasonable control.
• Any technical malfunction, server outage, network interruption, or software error that affects the availability or functionality of the Platform.
• Any reliance placed on content, odds, statistics, or other information displayed on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, gan98's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude gan98's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Clause 13

Intellectual Property

All content published on the gan98 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, game titles, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of gan98 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit Members to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without gan98's prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the gan98 brand name, logo, or any confusingly similar marks in any context without gan98's express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any third-party website or application.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by Members regarding the Platform may be used by gan98 freely and without any obligation of compensation or attribution.

Clause 14

Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by gan98 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, gan98 collects personal data solely for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, payment processing, responsible gaming compliance, fraud prevention, and the improvement of our services. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. All data is stored on secured servers protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Clause 15

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gan98 is licensed and incorporated, as applicable from time to time.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and gan98 that cannot be resolved through our internal customer complaints procedure, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall prevent gan98 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

Members accessing the Platform from Indonesia do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. gan98 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction outside its licensed territory.

Clause 16

Amendments to These Terms

gan98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, gan98 will notify Members via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, or by email to the address registered to the Member's Account, at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your Account prior to the effective date by contacting our support team. Balances will be returned in accordance with Clause 10 of these Terms.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document reflect the most current version. Previous versions of these Terms & Conditions are available upon written request to our support team.
